Candidate Fraud Defense Council Summit
Napa, California | July 27 - 29
The Meritage Resort & Spa
A private onsite working session for enterprise leaders confronting the next generation of hiring fraud.
Why we're convening
Candidate fraud is evolving quickly — from resume and reference manipulation to identity concerns, proxy interviewing, AI-assisted deception, and increasingly sophisticated attempts to bypass traditional hiring controls.
Talent Acquisition is often the first line of defense, while Security, HR Operations, Legal, Compliance, background verification, identity, and talent technology teams all play important roles in protecting the integrity of the hiring process.
The Candidate Fraud Defense Summit is designed to bring these perspectives together in a focused, private setting. Over three days in Napa, participants will compare what they're seeing, identify where current processes are breaking down, and workshop what the next generation of candidate fraud prevention should look like.

A private working-group format
This is not a conference, webinar, or broad industry event. Attendance is intentionally limited to support candid discussion, practical problem-solving, and meaningful peer exchange.
The goal is to leave Napa with a clearer view of shared challenges, practical solution areas, and cross-functional models needed to help companies better detect, prevent, and respond to candidate fraud.
