Changing the Hiring Game

Using the Crosschq Quality of Hire (QoH) engine, we evaluated all of the quarterbacks drafted in 2023 against their S2 scores, and here is what we found: when you take all of the quarterbacks’ impact on their teams in 2023 (personal performance plus teams change in win share) and correlate it to predicted outcomes from the S2 test, you will see that C.J. Stroud over-indexed against expected outcomes by 503% while Bryce Young performed at 30% of expectations.
