Heidrick & Struggles partnered with Eightfold AI to develop a digital platform offering organizations a new way to understand, assess and make decisions about leadership talent. The project is part of Heidrick & Struggles’ strategic efforts to increase market penetration and expand its suite of leadership capabilities and solutions.

Brazen released its new Sourcing Marketplace to help recruiters drive more qualified candidates to virtual hiring events. Through a network of partners, Brazen handles event promotion, delivering qualified sources of talent to register for events. That enables hiring teams to focus on hosting chores without worrying about turnout. Brazen said the offering is  part of its new Marketing Solutions.

Direct-sourcing technology firm TalentNet partnered with Glider AI, a talent intelligence platform, to help companies address their need for contingent labor. Through the partnership, customers will realize increased operational efficiencies such as reduced time to hire, quicker placement and an improved candidate experience, the company said.

Workday said nearly 1,000 organizations are using its Skills Cloud to hire, engage and retain their workforce. In addition, the company is making a packaged solution — skills foundation — available to help customers accelerate their adoption of the Workday skills infrastructure, including Skills Cloud, Talent Marketplace and Career Hub. Skills foundation helps accelerate the adoption of essential elements such as the Skills Cloud ontology, skills inference, skills verification and critical skills.

Salary.com announced the acquisition of Turetsky Consulting, which will deepen its domain expertise in people analytics and talent intelligence. Turetsky’s team will take on roles within Salary.com’s Consulting Services Group.

Crosschq announced an extension to its Series A financing, with an additional $16.5 million bringing the round’s total to $30 million. The company will use the capital for product development, expanding its engineering team and continuing to grow sales, marketing and customer success staff.

Jobvite has been included as a platinum member of LinkedIn’s ATS Preferred Partner Program, which offers multiple hiring integrations to customers. The news follows Jobvite’s unveiling of plans to expand the existing integration with Recruiter System between LinkedIn Recruiter and Jobvite ATS.

Oyster received investments from PayPal Ventures and HR Tech Investments, an affiliate of Indeed. The company also launched Oyster for Impact, a program designed to help mission-driven companies build distributed teams and have a positive impact. Oyster for Impact is open to certified nonprofits and benefit corporations around the world.

HR technology firm Diversely, which launched its D&I platform earlier this year, closed a $550,000 pre-seed round of financing. Diversely aims to provide scalable tools to understand, track, measure and improve the diversity of employer pipelines starting at the sourcing stage. Diversely’s research shows that only 5% of companies are currently able to measure the progress of their pipelines.
