Last week we asked: Would you rather have someone who has skills or passion for the job you're recruiting for?

People had three different answers to choose from:

1) Skills


2) Passion


3) Both


And the results are in...

20% of people would rather have someone with the skills.

60% of people would rather have someone with passion.

20% of people would rather have someone with both.
