Employee Spotlight: Ariel Wajnerman

At Crosschq our company culture is rooted in EQUIPO (eh-kee-poh/), the Spanish word that means “a group of people coming together to achieve a common goal." Q: What is your name and title at Crosschq?

A: Ariel Wajnerman, Sr. Graphic Designer

Q: Where are you working from?

A:  Córdoba, Argentina

Q:  What do you do at Crosschq?

A: I do graphic design for all kinds of assets necessary for the Marketing department.

Q: What do you like about working at Crosschq most?

A:  I like working at Crosschq because there is a friendly work environment within a constantly growing company, and it is very motivating to accompany that growth. In addition, I'm free to use all my tools and design knowledge to generate quality materials.

Q: What do you like about our products the most?

A:  I believe that they simplify the hiring processes of companies in an efficient and constantly up-to-date way. And they are developed by highly trained people who understand the needs of users.

Q: What were you doing before you joined Crosschq and what made you want to work here?

A: Before joining Crosschq I was working as a freelance graphic designer. And I liked the possibility of working remotely in a company like Crosschq, with very good co-workers and with a lot of growth potential.

Q: Tell us something interesting about yourself.

A:  I believe that I'm a kind person and I always try to give my best to those around me. I'm a curious person and I like to be constantly learning new things, traveling and discovering new places. I was born in Argentina but I also lived in Uruguay for several years.In addition to graphic design, I like photography and illustration, I also studied Music for a few years, that's why whenever I'm working, music is also playing on my speakers, I really like Latin American folk music. I am also fond of sports. I play tennis three times a week and I also play football (soccer) from time to time. I like to maintain a good balance between work and social life, to be able to enjoy my family and friends.
