Q: What is your name and title at Crosschq?
A: Migue Maldonado, Senior Backend Engineer
Q: Where are you working from?
A: Argentina
Q: What do you do at Crosschq?
A: I work in an amazing team called Talent Analytics. We develop a tool to help companies to get needed information about their employees
Q: What do you like about working at Crosschq most?
A: There are great people and we work together for the same purpose. There are good coworkers who help us to be better. We have a great product and always are new ideas to improve it.
Q: What do you like about our products the most?
A: We work together to help companies to be better.
Q: What were you doing before you joined Crosschq and what made you want to work here?
A: I worked in e-commerce companies and when Crosschq told me about the product I love it because we work with other companies to get valuable candidate insights and give them advanced recruiting analytics.
Q: Tell us something interesting about yourself.
A: I play football with my friends, Yes! I feel very well running behind a ball and kicking it. My favorite colors are red and white like the River Plate football club. I like hard rock bands and travel to different places to visit my friends. I have two dogs Mora and Copo de Nieve, they are funny pets and I love playing with them a lot.
